Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using HBSSDrop's services — including product sourcing, Shopify fulfillment, dropshipping, private labeling, and warehousing — you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and 宿迁浩博盛世电子商务有限公司 (HBSSDrop).

2. Services

HBSSDrop provides the following services:

  • Product sourcing from Chinese manufacturers
  • Shopify order fulfillment and integration
  • Dropshipping (direct-to-consumer shipping under your brand)
  • Private label packaging and branding
  • Warehousing and inventory management
  • ERP integration and order automation
  • Worldwide shipping via DHL, FedEx, USPS, Evri, and local carriers

3. Payment

Payment is due upon invoice or as agreed in your service agreement. We accept PayPal, Payoneer, XT, and bank transfer. Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension of services.

4. Quality & Liability

HBSSDrop performs quality control checks on all products before dispatch. Damaged or defective products caused by HBSSDrop will be resent free of charge. See our Refund & Quality Policy for full details.

HBSSDrop is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, force majeure, or events outside our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your brand, logo, and product designs. By providing branding materials to HBSSDrop, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days' written notice. Outstanding orders at the time of termination will be fulfilled. Outstanding invoices remain payable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Jiangsu Province, China.
