How do I request a product to be sourced?
Submit a product brief through our contact form or email us directly. Include the product name, target price, quantity, and any specification requirements. We'll come back with supplier options within 5–10 business days.
The more detail you provide — dimensions, materials, certifications needed — the faster we can match you with the right factory.
Do you work with brands that have no sourcing experience?
Yes. Most of our clients start with zero China sourcing experience. We handle supplier communication, price negotiation, and quality checks on your behalf. You don't need to speak Mandarin or understand import logistics to work with us.
Can I order samples before committing to a full order?
Always. We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing a production run. Sample costs are typically $20–$80 per unit depending on the product, and shipping is charged at cost.
Sample credit: For orders over $2,000, we credit the sample cost against your first production invoice.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For dropshipping, there is no minimum — orders are fulfilled one at a time. For private label and bulk orders, MOQs start at 100 units for most product categories. Some products (especially electronics or custom-molded items) may require higher MOQs — we'll tell you upfront.
Fulfillment
How does Shopify integration work?
You install our Shopify app (or we connect via API), and every new order automatically routes to our fulfillment center. We pick, pack, and ship. Tracking numbers sync back to your Shopify order within hours of dispatch.

What is your order accuracy rate?
Our order error rate is under 0.3% — meaning fewer than 3 in every 1,000 orders have a picking, packing, or shipping error. When errors do occur, we reship at no cost to you.
Can I include custom packaging inserts or branded materials?
Yes. We support custom packing slips, thank-you cards, product inserts, and branded outer packaging. Send us your files and we'll handle printing and insertion at a per-order fee.
Note: Custom inserts require a minimum stock of 500 units stored at our facility.
What happens if a customer receives a damaged item?
We photograph every order before dispatch. If a customer reports damage, we review the photo record and reship at our cost if the damage occurred in our facility. For carrier damage, we file the claim on your behalf.
Shipping
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer three tiers: Express (3–7 days to most destinations), Standard (7–15 days), and Economy (15–30 days). Carrier selection depends on destination country and package weight.
For US, UK, EU, and AU destinations, we use DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS for express tier. Standard and economy use ePacket, China Post registered, and regional carriers.
Do you ship to all countries?
We ship to 180+ countries. A small number of destinations have restricted or suspended service due to carrier limitations — contact us if you're targeting an unusual market and we'll confirm availability.
Who handles customs and import duties?
We handle export customs from China. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient (your customer) unless you're using a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping option.
We can advise on HS codes and declared values, but we do not undervalue shipments — this creates legal risk for you and your customers.
Can I offer free shipping to my customers and still be profitable?
Yes, with the right product margins. Economy shipping from China to the US typically costs $2–$5 for small packages. If your product sells for $30+ with a $8–$12 landed cost, absorbing shipping is viable. We can help you model this before you commit to a pricing strategy.
Private Label
What does private label actually include?
Private label means the product is manufactured to your specification and carries your brand name. This includes custom packaging (boxes, bags, pouches), custom labels, product inserts, and any brand-specific requirements like color, scent, or formulation adjustments.
How long does private label production take?
Standard production lead time is 15–25 business days after sample approval. Rush production (10–15 days) is available for an additional fee on select product categories.
Timeline tip: Factor in 5–10 days for sample approval and 10–20 days for shipping when planning your launch date.
Do I need to provide my own packaging design?
No. We have an in-house design team that can create packaging artwork based on your brand guidelines. If you have existing brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), we'll work from those. Design fees are quoted separately and typically range from $150–$400 depending on complexity.
