We shortlist vetted suppliers

Samples inspected before you commit
We order samples on your behalf, photograph every angle, and run a 12-point QC check. You review photos and a written report in your portal — approve, reject, or request modifications. Once approved, we lock in the supplier and negotiate final pricing.
We check: dimensions, materials, stitching or finish quality, labelling compliance, and packaging integrity — all documented with timestamped photos.
Production & quality control
Once you confirm the order, we manage the production timeline, conduct mid-production inspections for orders over 500 units, and perform a final pre-shipment inspection. Defect rates above 2% trigger a re-inspection at no extra cost.
You receive a production update every 5 business days. No chasing factories — we do that for you.
Delivery to your warehouse or direct to customers
Finished goods ship to our China warehouse for storage and fulfillment, or direct to your address for Amazon FBA prep. We handle customs documentation, export declarations, and freight forwarding.
